Whats Up?

US 'Millionaire Mentor' Arrested

In one of the more peculiar stories to appear recently, a middle-aged American who makes what appears to be a pretty decent living "mentoring" Ukrainians-for $3000 a pop - in how to become millionaires was arrested at the Russian border. Apparently Robert Fletcher, who runs the become-a-millionaire seminars through his company Global Systems Training -was trying to cross into Russia using a false Ukrainian passport on the Kyiv-Moscow train.

The incident throws light into one of the murkier corners of ex-pat culture here in Eastern Europe - the small group foreigners who come to the former Soviet UNI0N to take advantage of what remains of this region's 'Wild East' spirit and profit from whatever prestige their Western 'credentials' give them among naive natives. Fletcher seems to be an industrious fellow, in his own way: the Global Systems Training website indicates that he's involved with a disorienting array of projects here in Ukraine, from the 'Azov Sea Sport and Wildlife Resort' to the Premiere Limousine company that promises to "provide you with a limo at discount prices", and from a Crimean cruise outfit to something called 'Pizza Maximus'. There's also the Premiere' Business Club in Sevastopol, described as one "of the projects of honorary professor, doctor, academic, Millionaire-Mentor Robert Fletcher." Fletcher himself is a chubby chap with double chins, perpetual five o' clock shadow and long, greased-back blond locks that flow off a mostly balding head. His shiny clothes don't fit quite right and he doesn't look like someone who can teach you how to make millions. His website biography describes Fletcher as an Alaska native who grew up working in fisheries and at McDonalds before making a not-fully-explained bundle himself. "Robert reached the millionaire level himself with the help of millionaire mentors and his formula Time, Money, Contacts, Skills/Abilities, Credibility and now teaches others the secrets of millionaires. And he really has lots of experience and knowledge to share. He has 25-years experience in sales and marketing, 20 years in advertising, investing in stocks, business, real estate, during 10 years he was a National Sales Director of the USA, along with this he has been a consultant and adviser for a number of big American companies and made more than 2000 seminars and training." What a 'National Sales Director of the USA' exactly is, the site doesn't explain. Nor does it mention what 'big American companies' Fletcher consulted and advised for. And how, by the way, did Fletcher end up in Ukraine? To find a wife, of course. Subsequently, "He was thinking about retiring to live a quiet family life, but after he communicated with some Ukrainians, they did their best to convince him to become their mentor." There's no word yet on why Fletcher was using a false passport to enter Russia, nor on whether he'll be running his seminars in Kyiv anytime soon - assuming, that is, he remains a free man. The website seems to indicate that the seminars are being held so far in Sumy and Cherkassy, which will presumably soon see a spike in millionaire activity. Meanwhile, local media is reporting that Fletcher's business might have been a pyramid scheme, and that he's been accused in the US of swindling.

Just learned of this from my inside contact.. just the facts being reported right now, but the link is:

http://www.kyivpost.com/nation/31192

Will be interesting to see how Fletcher's minions try to "spin" his arrest. For the people who have already invested, I doubt if they will receive any refund as I suspect their money has already been shuttled out of Ukraine. For everyone else who has or will be approached by a representitive of GST, just remember: IF it sounds to good to be true, it is!

Hi! Do you know that Fletcher is arrested in Ukraine? Police had to use force to arrested our mentor....

Con Man,
Fletcher is operating in London now? Did you post your message on the same day you saw him? If not, when did you see him?

As suspected, when asked to provide specifics, there is NO response (even after 3 weeks of waiting). I think we can all draw our own conclusion what the lack of response means.

WW,
IF they don't deny it, they did it! (Ask any Police Officer you may know if this is the case when conducting 'interviews')
Since you seem to have the inside track with Fletcher, please answer the following:
1. What businesses in which Fletcher has developed or operated, INSIDE the USA, are still in good standing? (In other words, STILL in business and operating at a verifiable profit)
2. Specifically, what "Big American Companies" has Fletcher consulted for? Who, by name, retained his services? Are these companies still operating today or have they also gone out of business.
3. Why would an American 'Businessman' need a Ukrainian Passport? (Perhaps because his US Passport has been ‘flagged’ by the US Immigrations and Customs Enforcement?)
4. Who bestowed upon Fletcher this "Honorary Doctoral" degree. (Which US University)
5. Please provide the name and phone number of the American Attorney who represented Fletcher in the SEC investigation.

Again, I am asking for specifics NOT generalities!

WW: Bull shit! To this quote form you: "Mr. Fletcher wishes it known that he has read this commentary, and wants the record to be set straight. Mr. Fletcher has not, at any time past or present, engaged in any questionable business practices. Mr. Fletcher wishes solely to aid those who attend his seminars in attaining the quality of life he has worked to enjoy. All accusations made below have no base whatsoever."

Fletcher is a con, a punk, and a real life looser... So whoever you are, you can let Fletcher from me personally: "his day will come"....

After almost a year of investigation, the SEC determined that it would level a preliminary order against Mr. Fletcher and a business associate, ordering a disgorgement of a substantial monetary sum. However, at no time have Mr. Fletcher or his business associate admitted guilty, nor do they have any intention of doing so. Mr. Fletcher is confident that eventually the truth will come out and this preliminary order will be withdrawn.

The text of the recent August 2008 order can be found here:

http://www.sec.gov/litigation/

litreleases/2008/lr20693.htm

Please take note of the text in the final paragraph, stating "ProVision agreed that, upon motion of the Commission, the Court will determine whether it is appropriate to order disgorgement and a civil penalty. Fletcher and ProVision consented to the entry of the orders without admitting or denying the allegations in the complaint."

As it can plainly be seen, Mr. Fletcher and his associate simply consented to the entry of the order. Not wishing to be overly adversarial, they instead have faith that, upon further inquiry, the SEC will realize that their previously suspected wrongdoing had never come to fruition.

Robert Fletcher is simply a businessman, looking to educate and inspire others in the Ukraine and all over the world. He has cooperated fully with this investigation with the knowledge that he will be exculpated at its conclusion. Thousands can attest to the overwhelming benefits of his seminars. Please review all available information before reserving judgment on a businessperson that has illustrated himself to be a valuable asset to all those who wish to start on the road to success.

Sincerely,

WW Representative

To all would-be detractors of Robert Fletcher's business enterprises:

Mr. All accusations made below have no base whatsoever.

As a previous post astutely pointed out, the United States Securities and Exchange Commission initiated an investigation of Mr. Fletcher in September of 2007. The text of that initiation can be found at:

Good follow through Max, and please all take heed to Max's advice about not doing business with Robert Fletcher.

Until seeing this blog I had no idea the depth of Roberts schemes, and victims. Sad, sad... but please listen...

Final judgment reached in SEC v. Provision

All,

I have been following this for sometime have just received a copy of the final judgment regarding the Securities and Exchange Commission v. Provision Operations Systems, Inc. et al. (Robert Fletcher). I won't rewrite the document, since it is public information provided by the US District Court Central District of California under Case# 8:07-CV-1130-AHS (J10Jx).

To summarize, on August 11, 2008 a judgment was reached against Robert Thomas Fletcher III in the amount of $5,000,000 (five million dollars), an additional $1,562,380.24 (interest) as well as a civil penalty in the sum of $130,000 due within 10 days. Additional, Fletcher has also been (paraphrasing now) barred from selling any stocks.

Of course this is only a civil judgment and has no effect on Fletchers operations in Ukraine. However, I will ensure this document is made available to the media and citizens of Ukraine in the cities where Fletcher is setting up his operations.

If anyone chooses to go to one of Fletcher's seminars, please ask him about this judgment and how he intends to settle it with the SEC.

Lastly, to anyone still involved or considering becoming involved with Fletcher in Ukraine, consider this: the document I have quoted is not "propaganda", it is a factual event. Fletcher is now liable for over $6,000,000 in the USA. There is nothing new about Fletcher's operations in Ukraine. In fact, the events described in the court transcript are exactly the same as he is now doing in Ukraine. If you think the outcome will be different, then by all means invest your life savings with this fraud. To the rest of the people of Ukraine, remember this: IF something sounds too good to be true, it is. Walk away and keep your savings safe.

Best wishes,

Max

'ukr journalist' I see after reading several other pages of comments about Robert Fletcher, that 'Guest from SD' pointed out some very enlightening info for me about Fletcher. He is perfectly correct in responding the way he did to you in suggesting, see your own return on investment dealing with that criminal. Please do all his victims a favor, and tell Fletcher that Domonic would love to personally say hi, look into his eyes when you ask him, and you will understand that 'Guest from SD' has all the right to pass such harsh judgment against Fletcher. You will also see fear, if not smell it when you tell him I am looking forward to our next encounter. He was in my company for 2 weeks years back, and the list of victims is a long trail. one well documented. watch out.'Guest from SD' its not hard to find my info, but if you wish please contact me directly at dom4biz@yahoo.com, I would love to discuss with you why you would group me in with those animals. You could use the term 'hear it from the horses mouth' before you pass judgment. After the throwing out those 3 clowns I only a few weeks latter sold ibiz to the distributors, and a couple of executives, and went to Iraq. So until reading all of these comments I have not heard much about these guys accept Henning trying to get money from a friend, who called me to ask if I knew him. FYI: for this last New World media deal. I of course have my personal reasons to be angry at him, after I verified someone did commit suicide after loosing everything from Fletcher. Wanting to believe is good, at a time when all in this world need hope, its not a bad thing, it helps people survive during times like these, but to not head warning's, from those with such emotional remorse about this guy is plain stupidity. Please do not follow the path so many others have. If you have already, then take action, then do the right thing, call the USA Federal Hotline, which is available in every country that the USA has an embassy in.

Dom | 24.08.2008 07:24

To all who commented about Roberts US Passport, it is flagged, and has been stemming from pending suits brought against him years back. In addition, his illegal transference of funds via accounts he did not own to overseas accounts in Mexico.. Wonder who's from there?

Facts not rumors, are easy to be verified if those who choose to go to the Orange County court house of records, or even on the USA Federal .gov site...

He is a criminal of the worst kind, one with no boundaries or who he victimizes. The short time ordeal I faced with him was challenging for me to say the least, because those who truly know me, should know the physical way I threw him out of company.

The ass even had the balls to try to file charges against me for assault for my actions against him...

Henning and Ron should have been on this USA Olympic Team for sprinting they way they dissipated that day...

    Get Out and Go Gogoling

As one of Ukraine’s biggest and best festivals showcasing all that is great about the artistic world, the fourth annual Gogolfest is back with increasing depth and intensity. In remembrance to the writer, playwright and carrier of that very name, Gogol’s influence as a creative force is recognised every September. And with the event’s old venue (Mystetskiy Arsenal) overshadowed by our country’s illustrious Dovzhenko Studios, that commemoration has certainly got bigger and better this year.

    Ukraine Today

    Book ‘Em Danylo

With more and more internationals making paths across Ukraine’s border, Kyiv’s police force has been getting out and cleaning up the city’s streets. And while this would typically be a welcome respite to the complete lack of attention residents often receive from City Administration, our boys in blue seem to be focusing in on all the wrong people. To find out just what’s been going on, the What’s On team have put on our night vision goggles and dusted off our super hearing enhancement devices and gone on a mission…
